Melissa has spent 19 years building a career she truly loves, and her passion for hairstyling shines through in every client she serves. As the proud owner of Salon 854 for the past 15 years, she has created a warm, welcoming space where clients feel at home the moment they walk through the door. Education is at the heart of her craft — she regularly attends hair shows and advanced classes to stay current and always growing. 

Known for her fun personality and genuine connection with people, Melissa makes sure no one ever feels like a stranger in her salon.  

Outside the salon, Melissa is a devoted Nana to her granddaughter, Eleanor. She loves traveling with her family, exploring the great outdoors, and trying new foods along the way — experiences that bring joy to her life. A Fun fact: Melissa used to run marathons and has run the Marine Corps Marathan 3 times! 

Jordan is a Paul Mitchell graduate with 18 years of experience in the beauty industry.  As the Salon Supervisor at Salon 854, she brings leadership and a steady, supportive presence to the entire team. She specializes in women’s color, cutting, balayage, hair extensions and bold chameleon color transformations that allow her clients to express their individuality with confidence. 

Her expertise is backed by certifications in Babe Hair Extensions and Brazilian Blowout, along with professional awards from Bumble & Bumble, Keune, and Paul Mitchell — a testament to her dedication to continued education. 

Outside the salon, Jordan enjoys spending time with her husband, their two French bulldogs, and the rest of her family. She’s a proud Ravens fan and loves exploring new foods. Fun Fact: Jordan has always wanted to own a racoon!  

Kaitlyn brings over 10 years of experience to the beauty industry, with a passion for creating bright, dimensional blondes and soft, livedin balayage looks. She also specializes in haircuts, manicures, pedicures, and professional makeup services and is certified in Brazilian Blowout. 

Known for her friendly personality and genuine interest in the people who sit in her chair, Kaitlyn loves building real connections with her clients and she takes pride in helping each person leave feeling confident. 

When she’s not at the salon, Kaitlyn is all about family time with her husband and their daughter, Tilly. She also enjoys a good shopping trip and finding time for friends. Fun Fact: She’s a big fan of board games. 

Laura brings over 19 years of experience to the beauty industry, beginning her career as a dedicated shampoo assistant and working her way up to discover a genuine love for her craft. Today, she’s known for her skill in men’s haircuts, color services, cuts, manicures, pedicures, and her standout talent for perms. She’s also certified in Brazilian Blowout. 

Laura’s friendly energy, attention to detail, and the way she makes every appointment feel comfortable and personalized she brings confidence and expertise to every service. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find Laura at a baseball field cheering on her kids. And fun fact: Laura used to ride motocross and loved to line dance. 

Stephanie is a Paul Mitchell graduate and seasoned stylist with 16 years of experience behind the chair. She specializes in precision cutting, foiling, and nail services, and is certified in Brazilian Blowout and proudly Rezo Cut certified — bringing expert curl focused techniques to her clients. 

Stephanie’s goal is always the same: to help every client feel confident, cared for, and completely themselves. 

When she’s not in the salon, Stephanie is at home with her husband, raising their two teenage boys. A fun fact: She and her husband run their own apiary and sell their honey! 

Alyssa is our Esthetician and Bridal Makeup Artist. She began her career with us over 10 years ago after earning her Cosmetology License while still in high school. Starting as an assistant, Alyssa spent her first six years managing our front desk and providing bridal makeup services for weekend weddings. 

Alyssa holds professional makeup artistry certifications from Von Lee International School of Aesthetics and Temptu Inc. She completed the Advanced Esthetician Program at the Academy of Massage & Bodywork, officially launching her career in skincare. 

She has found her true passion for esthetics, specializing in results-driven treatments that are both effective and deeply relaxing. Alyssa is committed to continuing her education to ensure she offers her clients the most advanced and high-quality services available. 

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time at home with her husband and pets, cooking, and being outdoors. Fun fact: she can play the guitar and loves making fancy lattes at home!
